In the past, I've messed up a lot, especially my 8th grade year and the summer following. During my 9th grade year, I want to get back on the right track; get my priorities set straight, have a little fun, but do it right and honoring to God.
My favorite song is currently You Are More by Tenth Avenue North. It's about God being bigger than all our mistakes (and there's a lot of them) and being able to help us overcome them

My favorite Bible verse is Joshua 1:9 - "This is my commandment, be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or discouraged. The Lord your God is with you wherever you go." This verse means a lot to me because in the past year or so, I have had to really step up my courage and step out of my comfort zone in ways I have never had to before. Sometimes it can be super scary, especially if you don't know how people are going to react. But it's definitely worth it if you know it is something God is telling you to do or it's for the best for you or someone else.
